  Dispatch:  
  We aim to dispatch all items in stock the following working day (Mon - Fri) of receiving payment (excluding UK bank holidays), however this may vary during busy periods. We will notify you by email once the items have been dispatched.  
     
  Please note:  
  Top Girl Online cannot be held responsible for any items delayed, lost or damaged whilst in transit. On those rare occasions where such problems may arise Royal Mail’s compensation scheme will be implemented.

Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Sign For) post. Delivery should be within 3 working days. However we rely on Royal Mail and this cannot be guaranteed. A signature will be required on delivery.
Europe £7.50 Orders are dispatched by Air Mail and although delivery can be much sooner, you should allow up to 10 working days. A signature maybe required on delivery.
Rest of the World* £9.95 Orders are dispatched by Air Mail and although delivery can be much sooner, you should allow up to 10 working days. A signature maybe required on delivery.

      Customs / Import Charges:  
      Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

    Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

      Order Status :  
      Most orders are dispatched the following working day, if however there is a problem with your order we will contact you by email.

    Please refer to delivery information for estimated delivery times. You are welcome to contact us if your order has not arrived within these estimated times.
     
         
      Amending Order :  
      Unfortunately, once your order has been placed is it not possible to make any changes prior to dispatch.  
         
      Canceling Order:  
      In the event of you wishing to cancel your order you must do so before your order status is updated to 'in progress', most orders are processed within 3 hours (Mon - Sat, 9am - 6pm).

    To cancel, just sign in to My Account and select ‘List Orders’. Depending on the order status you’ll be able to select ‘Cancel Order’. If you miss your chance, please contact us immediately with your name & address along with your order number/details to see if anything else can be done.

    At present you can only cancel your entire order, not individual items.

       Payment
      Payment is only taken once your order is ready for dispatch. If, there are difficulties in authorising your card we will contact you via email.

      Unfortunately, at present we are not able to accept any other methods of payment.

       Frequently Asked Questions
         
    How can I check the status of my order?  
      Log into My Account. and select the ‘List Orders’ tab.  
         
    How do I make a Return or Exchange?  
      In the event that you are not satisfied with your items we are happy to offer a refund or exchange providing the items are returned in accordance with our Returns / Exchange policy.  
         
    Can I return my order at the store?  
      For your convenience Top Girl Online is able to accept returns in store, please ensure all items are returned in accordance with our Returns / Exchange policy. However, we do advice customer post parcels to avoid queuing during busy periods. We will credit your refund to the same card you used when you placed your order. We are unable to provide cash refunds.  
         
    Have you received my return?  
      As soon as your return has been processed, we’ll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don’t hear from us within 10 days of posting your parcel, please contact us.

    If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.
     
         
    When will I get my refund?  
      We will process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel and email you to let you know we have received and processed it.

    After you've received your email, please allow another 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with, and we have no control over it.
     
         
    How do I amend or cancel my order?  
     

    Once an order had been placed it is not possible to make any changes prior to dispatch. We suggest you cancel your existing order and place a new order. Sign in to My Account to check your order status and whether you’re still able to cancel it.
