We will issue a full refund (excluding delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.Some products are non-returnable; such as accessories, fancy dress, lingerie and hosiery items. If the item you received is faulty, please immediately contact us quoting your order number, your name & address, product name, reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We then advise you on how to proceed; you have 30 days from receipt of the faulty items to return them. |

This does not apply to items that cannot be returned; such as accessories, lingerie and hosiery items. These items are clearly marked.
