Returns/Exchange Policy Not Satisfied With Your Items?
  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original unworn condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.Some products are non-returnable; such as accessories, fancy dress, lingerie and hosiery items. These items are clearly marked. This does not affect your UK statutory rights.  
     
  * When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging.  
 
 
 
Please Note: :
  • Items are your responsibility until they reach us; we therefore recommend you return any parcels using an appropriate delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and retain proof of postage.
  • The cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging with all labels attached.

    Faulty Item
  If the item you received is faulty, please immediately contact us quoting your order number, your name & address, product name, reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We then advise you on how to proceed; you have 30 days from receipt of the faulty items to return them.  
     
    7 Day Cooling-Off Period
  In addition to our returns policy, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase from Top Girl Online, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned; such as accessories, lingerie and hosiery items. These items are clearly marked. We will provide you with a full refund but we would ask you to return the cancelled items at your cost.
